Abalone Steak 嘻虾鲍笑年

METHOD烹饪步骤 :

  1. Pan-fry shrimp’s head, shrimp and canned abalone.
    煎香虾头、虾肉和罐头鲍鱼。
  2. Blend spinach, broth, and basil into sauce form, and then stir-fry until paste is thicken.

  3. Simmer the canned abalone along with the canned abalone sauce.

  4. Take out the abalone; cook the abalone sauce until it is thickened.
    取出鲍鱼,罐头鲍鱼汁勾芡,煮至浓稠。
  5. Bake the spinach leaves until crispy and cook the carrot and bell peppers for the presentation later.
