Auspicious Flower 好市富贵花开

METHOD烹饪步骤 :

  1. Soak dried oyster in water and leave it for a night.
    隔夜浸泡蚝豉。
  2. Add sliced ginger, chopped scallion and yellow wine into boiled water.
    姜片、葱段、绍兴酒加入沸水。
  3. Boil dried oyster into the boiled water for 3 minutes.
    把蚝豉倒进沸水汆烫3分钟。
  4. Cut dried oyster into pieces, scoop out the stem of cabbage and leave it aside.
    蚝豉切碎、挖出包菜茎,一旁备用。
  5. Pre-heat the oil, saute minced garlic and minced ginger.
    热油,爆香姜末和蒜末。
  6. Fry rice, egg yolk, dried oyster and the diced vegetables.
    翻炒白饭、蛋黄、蚝豉和其他蔬菜丁。
  7. Add in oyster sauce and fish sauce for seasoning.
    加入蚝油和鱼露调味。
  8. Pour the fried rice into the “hollow” cabbage and put it on a plate reversely.
    将炒饭倒入挖空包菜,翻转在碟上。
  9. Put it into the steam oven; steam it at high temperature for 15 minutes.
    放入蒸汽烘烤炉高温蒸煮15分钟。
  10. Carefully peel the cabbage layers and it is ready to serve.
    小心剥开包菜表层,即可上桌。

  • Diced Baby Corn: 1 Small bowl

  • Rice: 1 Bowl
    白饭 1碗
  • Minced Ginger: 1 Tablespoon
    姜末 1汤匙
  • Minced Garlic: 1 Tablespoon
    蒜末 1汤匙
  • Egg Yolk: 2 pieces
    蛋黄 2颗
  • Oyster Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
    蚝油 1汤匙
  • Fish Sauce: 1 Teaspoon
    鱼露 1茶匙

    盐 少许
