Method:

  1. Blend pandan and water using Panasonic Mixer Grinder (MX-AC400).
  2. Strain into a large jug.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar and coconut milk using Panasonic hand-mixer (MK-GH1WSK).
  4. Add pandan juice and green coloring.
  5. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
  6. Gradually add pandan-coconut milk mixture into flour and mix slowly using Panasonic hand-mixer.
  7. Strain into a jug.
  8. Set Panasonic Cubie Oven to Convention mode with preheat at 180°C.
  9. When oven has preheated, place mould in the oven for 5 minutes.
  10. Grease mould with a little oil.
  11. Pour mixture into the mould.
  12. Set the timer for 40 minutes; brush with melted margarine and sprinkle sesame seeds after 20 minutes.
  13. Continue to bake until done.
  14. Set aside to cool before slicing.

  • 8 pandan leaves
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 90 g sugar
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 210 g plain flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Green colouring as needed
  • 1 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Oil for greasing
