Cream of cauliflower soup – rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, cauliflower also boosts digestive health
1.Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and transfer to a heatproof bowl. Season with salt and black pepper and drizzle some olive oil over the cauliflower. Add in the onions.
2.Touch STEAM, swipe the slider bar to select Steam 1 (High) and touch the Set key. Swipe the slider bar to select cooking time of 10 minutes. Touch START to steam the cauliflower and onions until soft.
3.Heat the vegetable stock and milk on the stove. Add the cooked vegetables, vegetable stock and milk into the blender.
4.Blend the mixture until smooth, without any solid chunks. Garnish with fresh thyme and a pinch of black pepper. Serve with sourdough bread chunks as a meal.
- 300g Cauliflower

- 20g Olive oil
- 50g Onion, peeled and diced
- 1L Vegetable Stock
- 120ml Milk
- Fresh Thyme for garnish
- Sourdough Bread Chunks for garnish
