Fish Maw Roll 鸿运鱼鳔卷

METHOD烹饪步骤 :

  1. Soak fish maw in water until soft.
    鱼鳔先泡软。
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped scallion, and yellow wine into boiling water. And then boil the fish maw.
    用姜片、葱段、绍兴酒加水煮滚,汆烫鱼鳔。
  3. Cut fish maw into sections, put asparagus, carrot, and baby corn on it and roll.
    鱼鳔切开成段,放上芦笋段、红萝卜条和玉米笋卷起。
  4. Put it into steam oven and steam it at high temperature for 10 minutes.
    放入蒸汽烘烤炉高温蒸煮10分钟。
  5. Blend papaya into sauce.
    高速搅拌木瓜成酱料。
  6. Season the fish maw roll with salt and pepper, and then pour the papaya sauce on it.
    鱼鳔卷蒸好后,撒上盐和胡椒粉,最后淋上木瓜酱。
  7. The sweet fish maw rolls are ready to be served.
