Golden Pineapple Jam - Panasonic Cooking

Preparations:

  1. Blend pineapple and apple in the blender for 30 seconds. Then, pour into the slow cooker pot.
  2. Add in sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Mix well.
  3. Cook 3 hours under “High” setting.
  4. Pour the pineapple jam into a clean glass container. Set aside to cool.
  5. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • 500g Pineapple, remove skin and eyes, cut into cube
  • 200g Sugar
  • Half Lemon juice
  • 1 inch long Cinnamon stick
  • One quarter Green apple
