Oriental Bittergourd Chicken Soup - Panasonic Cooking

Preparations:

  1. Remove chicken skin and cut it into quarter. Blanch the chicken and set aside.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker pot. Cook for 3.5 hours under “High” setting.
  3. Season with salt and soy sauce 

Ingredients:

  • 400g Bitter gourd (Remove seed and cut in 1.5 cm thickness)
  • 1 Whole Kampung Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Wolfberry
  • 3 tbsp Soy Bean (soak overnight)
  • 1.5L Water

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
