Preparations:

  1. Place all the ingredients, except for instant dry yeast, into the bread pan.
  2. Put the bread pan into the main body and instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser. Press Menu to select “7” (Rice our bread).
  3. Select Crust: Light.
  4. Press Start.
  5. When the bread is done, remove the bread pan from the machine and wait for 2 minutes, then remove the bread from the bread pan and cool it on a wire rack.

  • 185g High protein flour
  • 70g Rice flour
  • 30g Brown Sugar
  • 35 g Butter
  • 30g Egg
  • 65g Pumpkin, steamed and mashed
  • 105 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
