Seaweed Chicken Roll 海苔鸡卷

METHOD烹饪步骤 :

  1. Skin the chicken.
    将去骨鸡腿肉去皮切块。
  2. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, pepper, salt, and sesame oil for 20 minutes.
    加入酱油、胡椒粉、盐和麻油腌制鸡腿肉,约20分钟。
  3. Coat the marinated chicken with a layer of corn flour.
    腌制好的鸡腿肉沾上一层玉米粉。
  4. Cut Nori into sticks and wrap the chicken with it.
    用剪成长条的海苔包鸡腿肉。
  5. Bake the seaweed chicken roll at 160 degree for 10 minutes.
    把海苔鸡卷放入烤箱,160度烤10分钟。
  6. Stir the honey and fish sauce; glaze it on the surface of the chicken roll.
    将蜂蜜和鱼露拌匀,刷在烤熟的海苔鸡卷表面。
  7. Bake the seaweed chicken roll again at 160 degree for another 5 minutes.
    再放入160度的烤箱,烤5分钟上色即可!

  • Boneless Chicken Drumstick:  1 Piece
    去骨鸡腿 1块
  • Sushi Seaweed Sheets (Nori): 1 Piece
    寿司海苔 1片
  • Soy Sauce:  1 Tablespoon
    酱油 1大匙
  • Pepper: A pinch
    胡椒粉 少许
  • Salt: A pinch
    盐 少许
  • Sesame Oil: 1 Teaspoon
    麻油 1小匙
  • Corn Flour: A pinch
    玉米粉 适量
  • Fish Sauce: 1 Teaspoon
    鱼露 1小匙
  • Honey: 2 Tablespoon
    蜂蜜 2大匙
