Smoothie Bowl

Methods:

  1. Place milk, plain yogurt, frozen bananas, frozen strawberries and orange zest into the blender.
  2. 
Wrap the blender jar with ice jacket.
  3. Blend all the ingredients using frozen function until smooth.
  4. Pour into serving bowls and decorate with toppings of your choice.

 

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced (frozen)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 tsp orange zest

 

Toppings:

  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • Kiwiberries
  • rock melon
  • white dragonfruit
  • Granola
