Chia Seed Yoghurt


  1. Add yogurt into the milk and stir gently.
  2. Pour mixture into glass bottles.
  3. Ferment using Auto Menus No 8.
  4. Remove the yogurt when ready and stir in the chia seeds.
  5. Cool the yogurt and cover them up. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Serve cold with fresh blueberries and strawberries.


  • 500 ml warm full cream milk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh blueberries
