- Blend pineapple and apple in the blender for 30 seconds. Then, pour into the slow cooker pot.
- Add in sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon stick. Mix well.
- Cook 3 hours under “High” setting.
- Pour the pineapple jam into a clean glass container. Set aside to cool.
- Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- 500g Pineapple, remove skin and eyes, cut into cube
- 200g Sugar
- Half Lemon juice
- 1 inch long Cinnamon stick
- One quarter Green apple
