  • 4 bananas, frozen
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha powder



  1. Freeze 4 bananas overnight.
  2. Add frozen bananas to the slow juicer with the Matcha powder.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop ice cream onto cones and sprinkle with a little bit of Matcha powder.

Chef’s tip: If using large ice cream cones, you can present ice creams in a high glass, or if using mini cones, you can serve ice cream cones in shot glasses.
