Homemade Dried Chicken Meat


  1. Process chicken meat in Panasonic food processor MK-F800SSL.
  2. Transfer minced chicken into a bowl and add all the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Preheat Panasonic Cubie Steam Convection Oven NU-SC100WMPQ to 200°C on convection mode.
  5. Line two Cubie trays with aluminum foil. Spread out the minced chicken mixture evenly on the trays.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Using a scissor, carefully cut into four equal pieces. Flip the four pieces around and brush with oil.
  7. Continue to bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and flip again then brush with oil. Repeat this process two more times to achieve the sticky chargrilled result.


  • 400 g boneless chicken thigh
  • 300 g chicken breast, skinless
  • 120 g brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • ½ tsp five spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red food colouring
