1. Place all the ingredients, except for yeast, into the bread pan.
  2. Put the bread pan into the main body and place instant dry yeast in the yeast dispenser.
  3. Press Menu to select “2” (Rapid bread).
  4. Select Crust: Medium.
  5. Press Start.
  6. When the bread is done, remove the bread pan from the machine and wait for
2 minutes, then remove the bread from the bread pan and cool it on a wire rack.

  • 6g Milk Powder

  • 12g Granulated sugar
  • 28g poppy seeds
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 170ml water
  • 3/4 tsp Instant dry yeast
