Prosperity Grilled Chicken Wings - Panasonic Cooking


  1. Marinate chicken wingettes with oyster sauce, honey, soy sauce, white pepper & salt. Set aside and let marinate in the fridge for 6 hours.
  2. Next, cut pandan leaves into thin strips and tie around the chicken wingettes.
  3. Arrange the wingettes on the tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated Panasonic Steam Convection Oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or till cooked.
  5. To make the dipping sauce, place all ingredients in the Panasonic blender and blend. Pour into a bowl and serve.




  • 20 pcs chicken wingettes
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • 50g soy sauce
  • 30g honey
  • 20g ginger
  • 10g garlic
  • 25g sesame oil
  • 10g roasted sesame
