Teriyaki Chicken Delight - Panasonic Cooking


  1. Place the chicken in a big bowl,  pour in vinegar, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and ¼ cup water. Mix well.
  2. Transfer the chicken and sauce into the slow cooker pot. Sprinkle some black pepper on top.
  3. Cook for 2 hours under “High” setting.
  4. Take out the chicken and roughly shred by fork. Set aside.
  5. Transfer the chicken gravy into a sauce pot and heat up.
  6. Mix in 2 tbsp water with corn starch in a separate bowl.
  7. Pour in cornstarch mixture into the chicken gravy and cook until thick.
  8. Pour the sauce on top of the shredded chicken and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice.



  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts with skin
  • ⅛ cup Sushi vinegar
  • ⅛ cup Japanese soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 ½ Corn Starch
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • Toasted sesame seeds (for garnishing)
